Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year to all our fans out there!  I had several great opportunities to create sweets that had a Chinese theme.  Take a look.  It was fun.  

The challenges often are to make mix a tone of red that is closed to the Chinese red and to just add enough gold to bring up the creations.  I tested also other techniques (see the fish).  

All in all, I'm very happy with the results!  Please feel free to comment away!
